What appliances and extras are included with each Promenade Neuf suite?
An energy efficient, stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave complete with built in exhaust fan are included in each suite. As well, each in-suite laundry room has a washer and dryer hookup.
Other extras like blinds/roller shades will also be provided.
Do you allow pets at Promenade Neuf?
No, We will be unable to accomodate pets within the building.
What type of tenant is welcome at Promenade Neuf?
Promenade Neuf is happy to welcome both families and singles to the building.
Can I use a propane BBQ on the balcony?
At this time propane BBQs are not permitted on the premises, as the City of Dieppe recommends against their use. Electric BBQ’s, however, are permitted.
When will Promenade Neuf be ready for occupancy?
Promenade Neuf will be ready for occupancy in January 2021.
What are the suite prices for Promenade Neuf?
- 1 bedroom; $1,350 per month
- 2 bedroom; $1,600 per month
- 3 bedroom; $2,100 per month

What equipment will be available in the on-site gym?
The on-site gym will include but may not be limited to:
- Exercise bikes
- Treadmills
- Functional training center
- Swiss balls
- Free weights
What kind of parking will be available?
Interior
62 interior spaces, split between 2 on-site locations, will be available for a monthly fee of $175 each.
Exterior
A total of 74 exterior parking spaces will be available.
Are there storage units at Promenade Neuf?
A total of 80 storage units will be available- 67 in the lower parking level and 13 in the upper level.

- Medium- 68 square feet
- Large- 110 square feet
Will Promenade Neuf suites be energy efficient?
Each unit within Promenade Neuf will have a high efficiency ducted Samsung mini-split heat pump that will deliver heating and cooling into every living space through a whisper quiet ceiling distribution system controlled by a Nest thermostat.
A HRV system will provide fresh air to every room and the range hood, bathroom fans and dryer exhaust are vented to the outside for optimal indoor air quality.
Energy star appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave), and LED light fixtures throughout aid in the efficient use of energy while thermally insulated, Low-E, argon gas filled double glazed glass windows will help control heat loss in winter, heat gain in summer, and enhance occupant comfort
Apartment living can be challenging regarding noise/vibrations from other units. How has Promenade Neuf ensured this will not be an issue?
Within Promenade Neuf, the concrete structure provides the best possible acoustic separation between floors and essentially makes it soundproof from a floor to floor perspective. As it relates to between suites, and between suites and the corridor, the Code requires a minimum Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of at least 50 for these applications / locations.
In our design we have met the STC 50 requirement between the corridor and individual suites with the P2G wall type shown below. However the REAL problem in apartments is not noise in the corridors but noise between adjacent suites, so we used a more substantial wall type (P2F shown below) which is an STC 55 rated assembly. These extra 5 STC points equate to an additional reduction of approximately 40% in perceived noise reduction.
